There are few things as disruptive as a faulty boiler – preventing you from enjoying a comfortable shower or bath and in winter subjecting you to freezing cold temperatures in your home. We understand how much this can impact your daily life and home, which is why we operate 24 hour emergency service to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
We offer flexible and competitive prices, so you can be confident of quick and reliable service from a local boiler repair service in Essex.
It is important to get your boiler serviced every twelve months to ensure it is working at its best and avoid any larger issues sneaking up on you. It is best to try and get your boiler serviced in the summer before intensive use throughout winter – but it can be completed at any point in the year.
Our boiler service Essex team will do a visual check of the boiler and then it will be fired safely to identify any working faults as well as a flue gas efficiency test. The whole service should not take more than 20-30 minutes and costs £60.
By ensuring you have regular checks on your boiler, you can be confident the boiler is working at its best and safest. If you are a landlord, this is a legal requirement you must provide for your tenants.
Our boiler service in Essex ensures your boiler is working at its most efficient and is safe for your home. As well as a faulty boiler burning more gas and driving up your bills, it can also be dangerous for your home – leaking carbon monoxide which can put you and your family at risk.
Using a gas safe engineer like the ones we provide as part of our boiler repair service in Essex, will ensure any problems are spotted early on and can be fixed safely and by a professional. As a family business that has been operating for almost 40 years, we have the qualifications, experience and knowledge to spot issues early on and safe you from costly boiler repairs in Essex in the future.
We offer 24 hour emergency service for your convenience at competitive and flexible prices. Our out of hours service is charged at £90 an hour – charged in complete hours only. If you require us during our usual service hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm, we charge £70 per hour and £35 per half hour thereafter. These costs cover most minor repairs that are estimated to take between one and four hours. If the problem turns out to be a bigger issue in the long term, we will provide you with a no obligation fixed price quote.
We do not charge for quotes and will visit you at an agreed time to assess the work with no obligation, we then aim to prove you with a written or verbal fixed price quote within 48 hours. This is more common for larger issues that may take more time. For smaller jobs, we have an hourly rate of £70 during our main service times. If you are unsure what your issue would fall under, please don’t hesitate to give us a call to discuss the issue further.
